Wicked Problem

The steps for developing how to work with struggling students start with what we know about the student’s mental well-being and academic performance. Once we have acquired all pertinent information, the Facilitator can design a prototype detailing the creative solutions.

First, develop a prototype for addressing the social-emotional needs of the student.

Next, the proposal is a workable solution however, the needs of the student have to be addressed.

Finally, the needs of the student (empathy) is a better creative approach which is clearly missing during this testing phase.
